Traditional, rustic holiday home in the middle of Istria, approx. 350 metres above sea level. It was built 80 years ago. It has been renovated and modernised and now contains everything you could possibly want for a pleasant holiday. It has a very special, warm atmosphere and you will feel right at home. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Make yourself comfortable with a good book in front of the fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine at night on the terrace from which you can see the swimming pool. The well-kept, fenced-in garden is 1,500 m2 large so there is much space for kids to play. The friendly people in town primarily live of producing wine and olive oil and growing fruit and vegetables and also offer homemade dairy products. The house is not far from the medieval town Zminj which is very idyllic. There are many shopping possibilities and gastronomic and cultural offers in Rovinj, Porec or Pula. We also recommend the Brijuni islands, former residence of Tito. You can get there by boat from Fazana.

    “Die Raumaufteilung in dem Haus ist super. Genügend Badezimmer, der Schlafraum im Nebengebäude war toll, wärmt sich aber am Abend ziemlich auf (dort ist leider keine Klima). Der große Sitzplatz ist überdacht und wurde von uns immer gern genutzt. Wir dürften die ersten Gäste in diesem Sommer gewesen sein. Das Haus war angeblich frisch geputzt, wir haben aber noch ein paar Spinnweben entfernt. Für neun Personen ist die Küchenausstattung, Geschirr und Gläser etwas knapp. Aber dann wurde die Geschirrspülmaschine einfach genutzt. Die Waschmaschine im Haus ist unbezahlbar! Bitte Gelsenstecker mitnehmen! Der Garten und der Pool sind super. Der Garten ist auch groß genug um mit Kindern Fußball oder Federball zu spielen. Pool wurde vom Hausbesitzer während der Woche gereinigt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Haus weiterempfehlen!”

    “Wir waren in der zweiten Juliwoche im Haus. Wir dürften die ersten Gäste gewesen sein, das Haus war angeblich geputzt, wir haben die letzten Spinnweben selber noch entfernt. Ansonsten war das Haus gepflegt und für neun Personen war reichlich Platz. Auch die Zimmeraufteilung mit den Bädern passt sehr gut. Das Zimmer mit Bad im Nebengebäude hat leider keine Klimaanlage und war am Abend etwas warm.
    Die große Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und wurde von uns immer gern genutzt. Der Pool ist super und der Garten ist spitze auch mit den Kindern zum Fußball oder Federball spielen.

    Die Ausstattung in der Küche - Gläser und Teller - ist für neun Personen etwas knapp, aber der Geschirrspüler hat das wieder ausgeglichen.
    Die Waschmaschine ist einige male in Verwendung gewesen! Wir haben uns noch mit Gelsenstecker eingedeckt - waren hilfreich in der Nacht!
    Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!”
