This large, detached villa in the Breton department of Côtes-d'Armor can be booked by you starting today. The Dutch owners have turned it into a wonderful base to explore the beautiful region. In and around the house, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy and appreciate the peace and quiet of this remote spot. You can spend sunny days in your large, enclosed garden, while smelling the sea air. Also don't forget your swimsuit, because for a refreshing dip you can easily walk to the beautiful coast, which this part of Brittany has to offer.

The house sleeps 8 people, divided over 4 bedrooms. Downstairs, there's plenty of room at the dining table, in the seating area or in the kitchen. You'll also have a spacious garden at your disposal, both in front of the house and behind the house. The entire property is fenced; this way the children can play safely, but also dogs can walk around freely. Outside the garden, you don't need to be afraid of the traffic; the road in front of the house can truly be called low-traffic.

For day trips, you can drive to the village of Locquirec or to towns like Morlaix and Lannion. The pink granite coast, typical for this region, should not be missed. In the village of Saint-Jean-du-Doigt you can find a bakery. For larger supermarkets and restaurants you can drive to the surrounding towns.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt ganz ruhig inmitten von Maisfeldern an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Natur pur! Zum Meer läuft man vom Haus aus ca. 10 min. zu Fuß, zum nahegelegenen Badestrand sind es mit dem Auto auch bloß 5 min. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Besonders der Garten hinterm und vor dem Haus, mit schönen Blumen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier in jedem Fall richtig. Schade, dass es nur eine einzige Toilette für 8 Personen gibt. Auch das kleine Bad im OG hat keine eigene Tür, sodass man sich bei mehreren Personen immer irgendwie arrangieren muss- direkter Zugang zum Schlafzimmer! Auch in punkto Sauberkeit geht es bestimmt noch besser. Gerade die Innenbetten und Kissen waren schon sehr modrig und wir mussten sie selbst vorab waschen. Die Kleiderschränke waren ebenfalls ziemlich alt und rochen entsprechend. Der Hausverwalter hat sich leider nicht einmal blicken lassen, wir haben trotzdem alles gefunden. Alles in allem dennoch trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten ein schöner Aufenthalt.
