    “Positiv: Das sehr schöne Ferienhaus liegt außerhalb von Labin in einem ruhigen Ortsteil. Zu den Stränden von Rabac und anderer Orte sind es 10 bis 12 Kilometer. Labin selbst hat eine schöne Altstadt und man hat Lidl,Spar,Konzum und Plodine zum Einkaufen.

    Die Ferienwohnung im 1. OG hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und Küche mit angrenzendem Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass man hervorragend morgens frühstücken und abends essen kann, ohne dass die Sonne direkt einstrahlt. Mittags ist es doch recht warm. Alle! Fenster sind mit festverbauten Fliegengitterrollos ausgestattet, sodass unliebsame Plagegeister fern bleiben. Die Fensterläden sorgen für ausreichend Schatten, sodass die direkte Sonne draußen bleibt. Die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer angebracht, reicht aber bei offenstehenden Zimmertüren auch um die Schlafräume zu kühlen. Nachts und auch vormittags ist sie bei geöffneten Fenstern auch gar nicht notwendig.

    Der Vermieter und seine Familie wohnen im EG, die bemerkt man aber überhaupt nicht. Sie sind aber bei Fragen stets zu erreichen. Der Hausherr spricht sehr gut englisch, deutsch gar nicht. Er ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen mit der Einrichtung, wenn mal was defekt ist, schnell zur Tat und der Mangel wird umgehend beseitigt. Bei uns ist die Heizspirale des Boilers ausgestiegen, war am nächsten Werktag repariert.

    Der Pool ist super und die Anlage des Grundstücks sehr schön angelegt. Besonders die Hängematte unter den schattigen Bäumen hatte es unseren Kindern angetan. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

    Klare Empfehlung für Personen die abseits des Trubels und zahlreicher Geschäfte/Kioske/Imbissbuden Erholung suchen.

    Wer nach Rabac fahren will soll den Parkplatz der Valamaranlage nutzen, einfach Ticket ziehen und bis zum Ende durchfahren. Kosten sind die gleichen wie im beengten Rabac selbst. Dort ist Parken eine Katastrophe! Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gibt es links der letzten Bushaltestelle, aber es ist auch recht steil zur Küste. Freizeit: Badebuchten in Rabac hinter der Valamaranlage, besonders die etwas entfernteren (600 Meter entlang der Küste zu Fuß).
