    “Das Haus war nicht sauber gereinigt (in der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein gefüllter, benutzter Kaffeefilter und in den Schlafzimmern Staubflusen auf dem Boden). In dem Türrahmen zur Küche waren Spinnweben. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 sind zu klein für normale Erwachsene und stehen eingeklemmt unter der Dachschräge. Schlafraum 2 und 3 können nicht abgedunkelt werden.
    Vor dem Fenster (ohne Vorhang) im Schlafzimmer 2 steht eine Straßenlaterne. Das Haus steht in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen Tegel (deutlich wahrnehmbarer Fluglärm). Bis zur S-Bahn sind es 1,4 km (20 Min. strammer Fußmarsch).
