Costabravaforrent La Tallada is a beautiful country house on a rural property located on the perimeter of the municipality of La Tallada d'Empordà, where tranquility reigns, views and open spaces for the enjoyment of your holiday.
The house is distributed on two floors and has generous, bright and airy spaces with which to enjoy every moment of the day. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area opening on to the garden, a large entrance hall with open access to the living room, a double bedroom with fan and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the upper floor where a hall of 35 m2 distributes to 6 double bedrooms, the smallest of 13 m2, with fans on their high ceilings, and a full bathroom with bath, a toilet and a bathroom with shower.
The exterior consists of a furnished terrace with dining table, children's play area, an olive grove, a fenced area with a 20-meter long pool with salt chlorination system, a garden with lawn, sun loungers and a lounge covered by a pergola.
Renovated in 2016, the house is located on a flat and open, private property of 5,000 m2. It has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent family holiday in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The house is ideally located in the Baix Emporda, a few kms from many beaches, starting many hiking or mountain biking.
