Pittulongu is a small village on the beautiful coast between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, where you can find wonderful beaches in enchanting landscape. During summer the village is very animated, there are many restaurants and bars (some of them on the beach) and there is a vivid nightlife.
The beaches are: Spiaggia Bianca: beautiful cove about 200m long, located between rocks and dunes; Cala Sassari: 300m of white sandy beach imbedded in rocks and mediterranean fauna; Cala Sassarina: in the middle there is a big rock; Sos Aranzos: one of the most famous, whith wonderful views of the island Tavolara and Capo Figari; Cala Banana / Nodi Pianu: white sandy beach; Spiaggia di Bados: main beach of Olbia, very broad and about 300m long; Mare e Rocce: white sandy beach, embedded in rocks; Spiaggia del Pellicano: 200m long, well equipped and close to the apartment; Lo Squalo: small sandy beach; La Playa: white sandy beach, about 1Km long.
Villa Pittulongu (10 Pers)
Spacious house close to spiaggia dello Squalo (shark beach): big living room with kitchenette, from where you reach a big and furnished veranda. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea. Also on this level there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped living room looking on a private garden, another 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom. In all bedrooms there is AC. Also: washing machine, dish washer and TV. The house is surrounded by a well tended english lawn. 
Due to its subdivision the house is suitable for groups of friends or 2 families (2 seperate entrances, 2 bathroms). It is one of the best located vacation homes of Pittulongu, as you can quickly reach spiaggia dello Squalo (less than 200m), and spiaggia del Pellicano (200m) and you can find all important shops within short distance.
Please leave the kitchen in a clean state. Otherwise we will have to apply cleaning costs of 50,00€.Please separate and throw away the garbage (notice the displayed lists). In case of misregard 50% of the deposit will be withhold.

    z.B. Lampe ohne Funktion, eine andere hat kein Leuchtmittel.
    Waschbeckenabfluss nicht frei, Flecken auf Laken und Überzügen.
    Bettgestell sehr wackelig, Tischoberfläche zerkratz und aufgequollen. etc.
    Das Interieur hat die besten Zeiten defenitiv hintersich.
    Womöglich keine Entabnahme und Reinigung vor Anreise.
