Appartamento con terrazza privata, con vista mare, 50 m dalla spiaggia L'appartamento al primo piano si trova vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Sas Linnas Siccas in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde di un giardino di ulivi.



Il primo piano, di circa 60 mq può ospitare 4-6 persone. È composto dalle seguenti stanze: un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto (32") e divano letto matrimoniale; una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale; una cameretta con due letti singoli; una cucina completamente attrezzata con fornelli, forno, forno a microonde e grill, macchina da caffè e angolo pranzo, infine un bagno con doccia e bidet. L'appartamento è dotato di Wi-Fi e cassaforte.



L'appartamento ha un loggiato coperto in cui potere pranzare/cenare all'aperto, dotato di mobili da giardino, ombrellone e due lettini. Da cui si gode anche il panorama con vista sul mare.     Die Wohnung ist gut mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Positiv: Die wunderschöne Bucht ist in 5Min. erreichbar.
