This place is suitable not only for swimming but also for fishing. You can find an abundance of fish like lake trout, perch and zander. A private boat and jetty are at your disposal. Boat engine can be rented. The house is well furnished and is equipped with a sauna, a fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort. You can also enjoy the fantastic views of the lake from the terrace and the living room. This house can be rented together with the neighbouring house S04762, so you can enjoy your holiday together with friends. Many lakes, including the Bolmen and Unnen are located nearby. The house is located in a region with many lakes, such as the Södra, Mella and Stora Færgen and is spread over 1200 hectares. The lakes are navigable by boat. If there is snow, you can park your car just 200 metres away from the house.
