Holiday apartment on the first floor with a parking space, on the outskirts of town

This family-run holiday apartment is a well-priced alternative to a hotel, at the heart of the regional capital of Lower Austria, about a 15-minute walk from the town centre. It is just a five-minute walk to an extensive leisure area, right on the outskirts.



The first floor of this private house, with a separate entrance, provides a holiday apartment of 85m² for guests. It has a big, comfortable living room-kitchen with a TV, two bedrooms each with two single beds (200 x 90cm), a bedroom with a single bed (200 x 90cm), an entrance area, a bathroom with an XL shower and a WC. The apartment is fully-equipped, including heating, so you only need to bring private items. The owners attach a lot of importance to cleanliness, so that guests will feel comfortable. Everyone is welcome, from bikers to pilgrims.



There are two car ports and five parking spaces.

    “Eine gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Komplett ausgestattet. Eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung liegt in einem einfachen Wohngebiet, relativ zentrumsnah (ca 20 Min. zu Fuß), Haltestelle aber in der Nähe.”
