Dieses gepflegte Nurdachhaus liegt im beliebten Nordseeferienpark Fedderwardersiel, der direkt hinter dem Deich nahe dem Krabbenkutterhafen und dem Yachthafen liegt. Das Nordseebad Burhave ist in ca. 5 Autominuten zu erreichen.
Das Haus verfügt im Obergeschoss über 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, für zwei kleine Kinder steht noch ein Bett im Giebel zu Verfügung, welches über eine Leiter erreichbar ist. Das Obergeschoss erreichen Sie über eine Raumspartreppe. Neben dem großzügigem Wohnraum , der einen schönen großen separaten Essplatz bietet, befinden sich eine kleine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Cerankochfeldern. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Duschbad. Der Garten ist ab April komplett eingezäunt.
Ein schöner Garten lädt zum entspannen ein.
Waschmaschine und Fön sind vorhanden
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, die Nordsee-Lagune und die Spielscheune in Burhave oder der Friesenstrand in Tossens lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Die Nutzung des Spielplatzes, der vom Nordseeferienpark angeboten wird, ist in diesem Buchungsarrangement nicht enthalten. Im Rahmen eines Besuchs des Bistros des Ferienparks darf der Spielplatz selbstverständlich genutzt werden.
