VILLA - Istrian stone villa with a private pool and a sea view

This beautiful holiday house with a pool is situated in the village Trgetari, above the picturesque little fishing village Trget, near Labin-Rabac. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is 900 metres from the sea.



The 210m² house with two lovely apartments with separate entrances, connected by outdoor stairs, is ideal for families or friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy. The first living room provides cable/satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, the second living room has cable/satellite TV, air conditioning, a stereo system and a DVD player. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning and bed linen is provided. There are two kitchens equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, towels and a washbasin, the second has a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, towels and a washbasin, the third has a toilet, shower and washbasin.



There is a 9m² open terrace in front of the house, as well as a swimming pool (6 x 4m) with a terrace for sunbathing, and a 38m² roofed terrace for your summer holiday. Near the pool there is a summer kitchen 35m², fully equipped with a fireplace for grilling and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Parking space is available on site. The natural site measures 2000m² and is fenced in. Garden furniture and deckchairs are provided, along with a barbecue and an outdoor shower with solar-heated warm water, badminton, table football, table tennis.



In Trget there are two little restaurants offering fresh fish daily and Istrian specialities. It is just 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Rabac and 35km to the nearest airport in Pula.

    “Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Personen in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist in zwei Wohnbereiche unterteilt, die beide sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet waren. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Neben dem Pool ist ebenfalls ein kleines Haus mit Küche, Esstisch und Badezimmer. In der Küche des Gartenhauses ist ebenfalls ein Kohlegrill integriert. Dieser hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter Dina und Branko waren sehr freundlich und sprechen gut deutsch. Sie konnten uns auch gute Empfehlungen für essen und Tagesausflüge in der Region geben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung oben ist sehr schön modernisiert. Die untere ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas duster, das Bad unten würde eine Erneuerung vertragen. Aber es war alles sauber!! Positiv: Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen, das Poolhaus mit WC und Dusche sowie einer Küche und Esstisch ist super. Negativ: Die Lage ist schon sehr weit weg von allem interessanten. Der nächste Strand ist leider ein Hafen und dreckig. Man muß also immer mind 20-30 min fahren mit den Auto. Ebenso zum Einkaufen. Restaurant: Pizzeria Rimini in Labin - Super Pizza tolle Aussicht, guter Service, fairer Preis. Ausflüge: Dinopark funtana - Für Kinder bis 10 total super!!!”

    “Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Super tolle Villa. Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die 2 abgetrennten Wohnungen hat jeder einen Rückziehplatz. Man hat eine traumhafte Ruhe.Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch der Pool ist sehr sauber. Negativ: Man braucht in dieser Unterkunft für jede Erledigung ein Auto.”

    “Würde jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren, für zwei Familien oder Freundesgruppe bis zu 8 Personen echt super und nur zu empfehlen! Positiv: Das Haus ist groß genug und man hat insgesamt 3 komplett eingerichtete Küchen. Der Pool ist super und auch das Poolhaus mit Grill hab ich so noch bei keinem anderen Ferienhaus gesehen. Vermieterin ist richtig nett und gibt gute Tipps für die Gegend! Negativ: Die Straße dorthin ist etwas schmal und man fährt ca 20 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Restaurant: Pizzeria Rumore in Labin - Eine der besten Pizzerien, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und schöne Aussicht! Ausflüge: Strand in Rabac - Sehr schöner lang gezogener Kiesstrand, auch für Kinder geeigneten, günstige Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort”
