This luxury villa is located in one of the best locations of Rhodes, between famous Filerimos Mountain and Ialysos village, it is just 5 minutes’ drive from Ialysos beach and 10 minutes from Rhodes town. The first floor features a master bedroom with en suite facilities and walking closet, 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom with en suite facilities and 2 full bathrooms. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic view to the garden and swimming pool.

Facilities include secure parking for 4 cars, a swimming pool, a brand new outdoor Hot Tub and outdoor BBQ facilities as well as a shaded, outdoor dining area. The villa is suitable for up to 13 guests. 



The Villa features a beautiful garden with a very large 12 meters private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, sun deck, and all outdoor amenities. All the above in complete privacy and away from prying eyes, since the Villa is fenced, and the interior is not visible from outside.

In terms of al fresco dining and living, pride of place is given to a large, pool-view table situated amongst the trees and served by a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and the indoor kitchen. A large, sheltered sitting area with built-in cushioned sofas. A relaxing spot at any time of day, this area really comes into its own as a venue for post-prandial drinks under the stars.

    “Well what can I say…this villa is fantastic!! We were a family of 10 ranging from 57 to 7 months staying for 12 nights and it fulfilled everybody’s expectations from arriving to leaving. The villa was spacious, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and very welcoming. Despoina and her family were more than hosts, they gave us a fantastic welcome and nothing was any trouble for them. The only negative I could say is there is no where you can walk from here so a car is definitely needed, however Despoina gave us Gregory’s number a taxi man who was awesome, he never let us down! Sometimes making 2-3 trips back and forth a night due to the amount of us. Rhodes town is a 15 min drive away and stunning and tsampiki beach a 20 min drive and is great for kids. All in all this was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed !”

    “Sehr modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Sehr grosses Grundstück mit weitläufigem Garten, viele Parkmöglichkeiten und überdurchschnittlich grossem Pool. Super eingerichtetes BBQ Haus mit Grill und Kühlschrank. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern gestaltet.

    Die Vermieter sind extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie helfen einem auch gerne weiter wenn man auf der Suche nach Restauranttipps oder Ausgehmöglichkeiten/Ausflügen ist. Bei Fragen sind sie während dem ganzen Aufenthalt stets erreichbar gewesen.”

    “Heerlijke week gehad in deze fantastische villa. Geweldig onthaal door de eigenaar en beheerder. Huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving in zeer goed onderhouden tuin. Zwembad is groot met allerlei opblaasfiguren voor de kinderen. Op maar 10 min van het vliegveld (hoor je niet) en dichtbij Rhodos stad is het een ideale locatie voor gezinnen met kinderen.”
