    “Grundsätzlich ist das ein sehr schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus. Die Räume im Ergeschoss sind von der Größe ok. Die Zimmer im Keller sind doch etwas klein und behelfsmäßig (z. B. Umbau von Terasse in Schlafzimmer). Küche, Wohnzimmer, Terasse usw. sind sehr großzügig ausgelegt. In dem Haus, speziell in der Küche, ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Leider hat es der Eigentümer versäumt, fällige Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Terassenfenstern usw. durchführen zu lassen. Hier herrscht dringender Nachholbedarf. Alles in Allem handelt es sich trotzdem um ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.”
