Opatija. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment KVA OPA 390 (6 persons) is located in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the carport and on the property and the street in front of the house.
