This beautiful villa is located in the quiet, upscale residential area of ​​“La Argentina” just outside between Alaior and Mahon, just 5 km from the enchanting beaches of the southern coastal section of “Son Bou” and “Cala en Porter”.

The approximately 2,500 m² property has a wonderfully well-kept garden in which you will quickly feel at home. The house itself offers a total of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two floors with around 140 m² of living space.

On the ground floor there is the bright living area with satellite TV, WiFi internet and access to the terrace, the open kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with single beds and the third with a double bunk bed and two bathrooms. A staircase on the house leads to the upper floor where there is the fourth bedroom with single beds, the third bathroom, a small living area with a seating area and the wonderful terrace with sun loungers and dining table and a view of the garden.

The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the enchantingly landscaped garden with lots of greenery, due to the nature-protected area. Here you can really unwind and completely relax at the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (step entry 1 m - 1.90 m). The house is located near Mahon, the largest city on the island. Menorca is considered a biosphere reserve and still maintains an incredibly relaxed lifestyle very similar to the Canary Islands.

Mahon is a city with culture and, with a length of 5 km, has the second largest natural harbor in the world. When walking along the Paseo Maritimo you always have a fantastic view of the harbor and a varied selection of good restaurants and exclusive shops. The “Museo de Menorca” is the right place to get to know the history of the island better
