This beautiful old house is situated in a tranquil location on the edge of the forest in the picturesque village of Thumersbach. The upper floors of the home are at your disposal and enjoy wonderful views of Zeller See and the surrounding mountains, which are best enjoyed from the comfort of the balcony which surrounds the house. It boasts an open-plan kitchen and diner and eight bedrooms. One of the bedroms has a bathroom located next door, whilst the other bedrooms are each equipped with a sink. The second bathroom also features three showers.

The ground floor of the home is privately rented, however guests will benefit from the large parking area next to the home. It is a 'self-service' house and requires that you bring bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and tableclothes etc.,

In summer, Lake Zell offers a wide range of activities, whether you choose to enjoy a dip in the refreshing lake, a bike ride or a hike amidst the pretty surroundings.

In the winter you will discover plenty of groomed ski slopes in the Zell am See- Kaprun ski area. The ski stations can be accessed by car. Alternatively, a bus can be arranged upon request which takes you directly from the house to the slopes (payable locally).
