Villa Filton is a newly built modern holiday home in the small village Markovici, near the picturesque medieval town Vizinada, where there is a shop, café, ATM and the first stop for the tourist train Parenzana.
A pizzeria and a typical tavern can be reached in just 4 km from the house. Only a few steps from the house is the wine and olive oil road and 16 km away there is the resort Lanterna with beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. For cyclists right in front of the house passes the well-known hiking/bike path Parenzana, this route was at the beginning of the 20th century, an important railway line that drove through Koper to Trieste. Filton Villa offers, on a completely enclosed property of 1960 sqm, a swimming pool of 65 sqm with integrated hydro massage bench and with children's pool of 15 sqm, hot tub for 6 people, covered fully equipped summer kitchen with LCD TV and four parking places, two of them covered.

Holiday home for 10 persons of 390 sqm consists of two fully air-conditioned units. The main building consists of a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen with dining room, spacious living room with exit to a terrace, relax room with infrared sauna and shower, two double bedrooms, each with exit to a terrace and a private shower/toilet, a separate toilet in the hallway and a large playroom for children with TV, PS4 and a small toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and a study with PC.
In the smaller building next to the house there is the above-mentioned summer kitchen and a room with fitness equipment and a toilet.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
