The property is located in the seaside village of Marausa, known for its beautiful beaches. We are only 5 kilometers from the center of Trapani, one of the most beautiful cities in Sicily with a typical oriental architecture of its historic center.
Beautiful property in Sicily with swimming pool surrounded by an authentic park of Sicilian citrus fruits. The property is located 1.5 km from the most famous beach of Trapani: the lido Marausa. The large property covers 2000 square meters of land and consists of two units right in front of the beautiful swimming pool: the first has 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen. Right in front of it we find the second unit. Here we find a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower. The exterior is wonderful with many large areas, including a fully equipped barbecue area.
Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3): 2 double bedrooms in the first unit; 1 double and 1 twin bedroom in the second unit; 2 bathrooms with shower in the first unit; 1 bathroom with shower in the second unit.
Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. beyond this limit, will have a cost.

Marsala is only 20 kilometers away; here you can not miss an excursion to the island of Mozia where archaeology and nature walk arm in arm. About 20 kilometers away are the ruins of Segesta, a masterpiece of archaeology here in Sicily. Food? Of course fish, Busiate alla trapanese and cannoli (the ricotta cheese of Trapani is known as the best in Sicily).
