This semi-detached house is divided into 2 apartments (see also GPE190). The grounds are shared. This apartment is located on the first floor. The large terrace, surrounded by magnificent views of the sea, will be ideal for your outdoor meals: convivial evenings around a glass of wine, or hours lounging with your favorite book ... you will be only 15 km from Kalamata and different excursions are available to you: the Dyros caves or Kardamyli with its beautiful harbor. Koroni with its huge Venetian fortress is alos worth seeing. Air conditioning in the living room.

    “Huis ligt erg mooi halverwege een heuvel. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Mooi balkon en voldoende gelegenheid om voor de zon of juist even de schaduw te kiezen. Sanitair en keuken is iets gedateerd, maar prima voor een vakantie. Jammer is dat er geen douchestang is. Dus de douchekop moet je zelf vasthouden. Toiletpapier mag niet doorgespoeld worden. Maar dat mag in de gehele omgeving bijna nergens. De laatste 200 meter omhoog naar het huisje is wel even een uitdaging. De helling is ca 15%. Dus enige ervaring met het rijden in de bergen is erg wel aan te bevelen. Om dit stukje te wandelen heb je wel wat conditie nodig. De woning is niet aan te bevelen voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. En even snel naar het strand lopen, vergt wel wat van je conditie.”

    “Eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert, einziger Wermutstropfen, der zu einer kleinen Abwertung führt: ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Bett mit 1,20 Bettbreite, das ist eigentlich kein Standard für ein Doppelbett!!!
    Anfahrtsbeschreibung könnte besser sein.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet.
    Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

    Die Aussichtslage, die Ausstattung und das Platzangebot sind traumhaft. Die Zufahrt mit dem PKW ist etwa 300m lang sehr steil, buckelig und kurvig, daher sicher schwierig für tief liegende Autos oder größere Fahrzeuge oder Gespanne.”
