"Duplex appartement Tivoli Gardens", 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC and electric heating. Exit to the balcony. Living/dining room with TV, digital TV, international TV channels and electric heating. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Entrance hall with 2 folding beds. Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 29. Please note: non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible.     vorhanden:
    Fernseher (nicht benutzt), Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Kühlschrank
    fehlend:
    Mülleimer (und Mülltonnen - wir wussten nicht, wohin damit), Duschvorhang, Nachttischlampen o.ä., Haken für Jacken, Wäscheständer (z.B. für nasse Strandtücher)

    Lage: nah am Strand (nah am bewachten Abschnitt und dem Hundestrand), in der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und gute Essgelegenheiten, Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind sonst evtl. ein Stückchen zu weit weg.
    Die Häuser waren schnell gefunden (im Gegensatz zum Büro von Interhome, wegen der komischen Straßennummerierung), die Wohnung schwierig, vor allem von der Tiefgarage aus (kein direkter Zugang per Treppe oder Lift zum richtigen Haus). In den Häusern gibt es keine entsprechenden Schilder an der Klingel, die einen Hinweis geben könnten, man muss suchen. Sowohl Lift als auch Treppenhaus waren sehr eng für Menschen mit Gepäck (oder Übergewicht).

    Sauberkeit:
    Oberflächlich vorhanden. Unter dem Bett war nicht geputzt, sodass sehr schnell riesige Wollmäuse durch die Wohnung wehten. Der Balkon war nicht benutzbar, da die Nachbarn ihre Hunde auf den angrenzenden Balkon sch... ließen. Lüften war daher auch schwierig.

    Alles in allem dafür konzipiert, sich am Strand aufzuhalten.”
