Das Anwesen liegt in Alleinlage in einem kleinen Tal am Deimerbach, zwischen den Gemeinden Beltheim und Roth, daher sind die Anfahrtswege etwas weiter als Sie es vielleicht gewohnt sind. Mit dem Auto sind Sie jedoch in zwei Minuten in der Stadt Kastellaun.
Um Ihren Urlaub ungestört und ohne Stress zu genießen, sind die beiden Ferienhäuser ohne WLAN und ohne TV ausgestattet, also Erholung pur für Mensch und Tier.
Der Deimerbach fließt auf langen Strecken über das Grundstück, im Schnüffelgarten ist dieser mit in die Auslauffläche eingebunden, damit Ihre Vierbeiner auch im Wasser spielen können.
Auf Wunsch können Sie einen Gesundheitscheck für Mensch und Tier vor Ort buchen.
Die Stadt Kastellaun verfügt über eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, in der es Cafés, Restaurants, Hallenbad, Minigolfanlage, Burganlage u.v.m. gibt. Sie können auch Radfahren im Schinderhannes-Land, auf Traumschleifen wandern und auf Rundtouren an Rhein, Mosel und Nahe gehen. Erleben Sie Waldabenteuer im Naturerlebnispark Kastellaun, einen eindrucksvollen Kyrillpfad, ein duftendes Lavendel-Labyrinth im Sommer oder besuchen Sie eine der längsten Hängeseilbrücken in Deutschland von Mörsdorf nach Sosberg. Sie können aber auch einfach nur relaxen in der ruhigen Umgebung. Lauschen Sie dem Deimerbach, lassen Sie die Seele baumeln und genießen Sie die Zeit.

The house is in a little valley between Beltheim and Roth.
The wooden cabin provides around 41m² of living space, comprising two bedrooms each with a double bed, a big living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, WC and a window facing the garden. There is a pellets stove in the living room for cooler days that can heat the whole house. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven and a ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher to facilitate washing up, a big fridge, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a toaster.
In front of the wooden cabin there is a little veranda, inviting you to relax in the morning sun or to enjoy sociable gatherings in the evening. As the site around the house is fenced, your pet can enjoy the holiday with you.
To be able to enjoy your holiday undisturbed and without stress, all our apartments and houses are without Wi-Fi or a TV, meaning pure relaxation for guests and their pets. The Deimerbach flows across our site, so dogs can play in the water. You can book a health check for you and your pet locally.
The property stands alone, so getting here takes a bit longer than you may be used to. However, it is only 2 minutes by car to the town Kastellaun with a very good infrastructure, with cafes, restaurants, an indoor pool, minigolf, castle site etc. You can also go cycling in the Schinderhannes-Land, hike on fabulous circuits and go on tours at the Rhine, Moselle and Nahe. Or experience forest adventures in the Kastellaun nature park, enjoy a fragrant lavender labyrinth in summer and visit one of the longest suspended bridges in Germany from Mörsdorf to Sosberg. Or you could just relax in quiet surroundings. Listen to the Deimerbach and enjoy time out.
