Ferienhaus in Tingsryd mit Garten, Grill und Terrasse

Zwei kleine, zusammen gehörige Ferienhäuser direkt am See Åsnen mit eingenem Sandstrand und Bootssteg. Spitzenlage - die Häuser sind ca. 20 m voneinander entfernt. Traumhafte Lage für Angler und Familien. Die beiden Häuser werden nur zusammen vermietet.



Haus für 4 Personen plus maximal 2 Extrabetten möglich. Ausstattung: Einrichtung einfach. Fließend Kalt- und Warmwasser, Toilette, Dusche, 3-Platten E-Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, TV. Wohnfläche Haus A = 40 qm (2x2 Betten + Schlacouch), Haus B = 45 qm (Schlafcouch).



Direkt am See gelegen mit eigenem Sandstrand und Steg



Eine Vermietung kommt nur in Kombination mit mind. einem Boot zustande. Dieses muss am Anreisetag im Laden des Vermieters bezahlt werden. Vor Ort wird dann noch eine Kaution pro Boot fällig.


Wichtiger Hinweis: Abweichend der Preisangaben, kann die Kaution leider nicht vor Ort gezahlt werden. Diese wird nach Bestätigung der Buchung direkt an den Vermieter überweisen. Sie erhalten dazu separat genauere Informationen per Email vom Vermieter. Die Kaution wird nach der Abreise erstattet. Dies geschieht nicht automatisch! Damit der Vermieter die Kaution erstatten können, schicken Sie ihm bitte nach erfolgter Abreise eine Email mit Ihrer IBAN- und BIC- Nummer, so wie Name, gebuchtes Ferienhaus und Zeitraum. Die Erstattung der Kaution erfolgt dann innerhalb von ca. 14 Tagen. Die Kaution muss spätestens 90 Tage nach Abreise zurückgefordert werden, später angeforderte Kautionserstattungen können nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.
