This modern vacation home is the first property in the Wolfsschlucht vacation home park near Prüm.

Located in the district of Walcherath, the vacation home offers enough space for up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.

The energetically optimized vacation home of modern construction has a high-quality equipment. The heating of the entire house is ensured by heat pump technology in conjunction with underfloor heating in some rooms, comfortable.

In the cold season you can enjoy the evenings in the living room in front of the fireplace with family, friends or relax in your private sauna after an eventful day. On sunny days, the covered terrace invites you to relax in nature and have meals together. Enjoy the tranquility of the Wolfschlucht recreation area.

The recreation area Wolfschlucht belongs to the municipality of Prüm. As a recognized climatic health resort in the German-Belgian Nature Park, Prüm has a forest swimming pool, indoor leisure pool with sauna, solarium with medical bath department, spa park, tennis court and indoor riding arena. The city center of Prüm is easily accessible from your accommodation by car in about 4 km and via a well-maintained hiking trail in about 3 km on foot.

From your vacation accommodation you can start your outdoor activities directly. Well-developed hiking and biking trails, sights and nature are waiting to be explored by them. Marked hiking trails open up the landscape and offer wonderful views and resting opportunities. This applies in the same way to the excursion areas "Wolfsschlucht", "Schwarzer Mann", "Prümer Kalkmulde" as well as to the valley of "Schönecker Schweiz" with its bizarre rock formations.

For a carefree cycling fun in the border triangle Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium, the railroad routes "Prümtal-Radweg" and "Eifel-Ardennen-Radweg" offer best conditions for families and seniors. The premium cycle paths are signposted throughout.
Culinary, the Eifel region offers regional specialties as well as international treats to suit individual tastes.

In the winter months, if the snow conditions are good, you can enter a groomed cross-country ski trail at a distance of only about 50 meters, or at a distance of about 250 meters you can reach the skiing area Wolfsschlucht (570 meters above sea level) with a drag lift and the ski hut operated by the ski club Prüm all year round. On weekends, floodlight skiing and après-ski are offered. In approx. 14 km distance is the somewhat larger ski and recreation area ?Schwarzer Mann? (697 m above sea level) can be reached.

The region and the vacation house offer you all year round the best conditions for relaxing vacations according to your individual ideas.

The vacation area is currently still under construction. Their direct environment is largely fertiggesltellt, the work in the 2nd phase of construction will take place from summer 2022.

    “Das Haus befindet sich ca. 5 km ( durch den Wald auch fußläufig ) außerhalb von Prüm in einem neu entstehenden Ferienpark. Das Musterhaus liegt einsam in der Baustelle. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit Kamin. Das Badezimmer ist klein, dafür aber mit einer Sauna ausgestattet.

    Die Kinder vermissten am ehesten WLAN. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut und es würde sich gut um uns gekümmert. In Zukunft ist mit Bautätigkeit zu rechnen.

    In der Eifel gab es neben Wanderungen viel zu erleben. Durch die Lage des Hauses ist man immer auf ein Auto angewiesen.

    In Prüm gibt es sehr gute Gastronomie, ein kleines, aber sehr schönes Kino und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist Prüm in 10 min. erreichbar.

    Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zu erwartenden Bautätigkeiten kommen wir aber wohl vorerst nicht wieder.”
