The unique house is situated on a pristine wooded lot UDN 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach Köpingsviks, which is shallow and child-friendly. The large terrace is partly under roof, there is a small balcony. Pool area with Jacuzzi and sauna. Heated floors in the entrance and bathroom. Good facilities and tasteful decor. Water consumption SEK 50 / m3. Only 5.5 kms far to Borgholm where Solliden, the summer residence of the royal family is located.
