The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court. 1 pet is free.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Private parking for 3 vehicles.
