Holiday home with pool and for dog lovers

The standig individually holiday home, built in 2010 and renovated in 2021 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court. 1 pet is free.

Labin, district Ripenda kras. The holiday home is located on a 1700 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Private parking for 3 vehicles.

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 1.4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to mid of October.
