This cosily furnished 3-room flat is located in the St. Sebastian residential complex south of Reit im Winkl in the beautiful neighbouring village of Groißenbach and is suitable for a maximum of three people. The flat has a bedroom with a cosy double bed and another small room with a sofa bed. The living room is furnished in typical Bavarian old-fashioned style, which makes for a cosy atmosphere. Besides a dining area, this room also offers a pull-out couch and direct access to the furnished balcony. The small kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, 4-plate cooker with oven, dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, kettle and coffee machine and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces for our guests, a ski room in the basement, a washing machine and a dryer. In winter, a free ski bus runs every half hour to the Seegatterl gondola station. Furthermore, you can use the local bus to get to the centre or to the small skiing area in Blindau. Enjoy the proximity to nature and discover the countless hiking trails and cross-country ski runs around the beautiful Lofer river area. The centre of Reit im Winkl, as well as some restaurants and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. As an insider tip, we can recommend a visit to the nearby arts and crafts house.

    “Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr usw,auch ein Backofen und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden ebenso reichlich Verbrauchsmittel wie Tabs. Wir waren mit 2 Personen dort, aber für 6 Personen wäre sie auch ok.Das zweite Schlaffzimmer ist etwas schmal aber zum Schlafen reicht es vollkommen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten mit Balkon. Küche und Bad zweckmäßig. Trotz Teppichboden war alles sehr sauber. Diese Wohnung hat eine separaten Eingang. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt zur Versorgung des täglichen Bedarfs erreichbar. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Wander-und Radwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus.
    Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten”
