Our house is located directly in the center of Markt Berchtesgaden in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone on a quiet side street. The back of the property is bordered by deciduous forest. The house is a mixed-use residential and commercial building. On the ground floor there is a store for individual arts and crafts, run by Berchtesgaden artists. On the 1st floor (rear ground level entrance also for 2nd floor) is the homeowner's apartment and on the 2nd floor are two (one 70sqm, one 50sqm), each self-contained vacation apartments (non-smoking). The building is completed with a double garage and a large forecourt (free parking). The front of the house (balconies of the apartments) is east-facing, the side front is south-facing. At the back of the building is terraced meadow area and garden with a garden house and then deciduous forest. The house was thoroughly modernized and furnished in 2003.

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Bright, friendly non-smoking rooms (total approx. 50sqm): living room with balcony (east-facing), furnished with couch set, dining table set, cable TV/radio, bedroom located at the back (absolutely quiet) with double bed (mattress made of natural latex foam) in rustic style. Small kitchen with 2-plate electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and egg boiler, bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. The two living rooms are carpeted, the kitchen has a parquet floor and the bathroom is fully tiled. All rooms are heated by the central, modern natural gas heating system thermostatically controlled.
