Our house is located directly in the center of Markt Berchtesgaden in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone on a quiet side street. The back of the property is bordered by deciduous forest. The house is a mixed-use residential and commercial building. On the ground floor there is a store for individual arts and crafts, run by Berchtesgaden artists. On the 1st floor (rear ground level entrance also for 2nd floor) is the homeowner's apartment and on the 2nd floor are two (one 70sqm, one 50sqm), each self-contained vacation apartments (non-smoking). The building is completed with a double garage and a large forecourt (free parking). The front of the house (balconies of the apartments) is east-facing, the side front is south-facing. At the back of the building is terraced meadow area and garden with a garden house and then deciduous forest. The house was thoroughly modernized and furnished in 2003.

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Bright, friendly non-smoking rooms: living room with balcony, bedroom with balcony, eat-in kitchen with loggia, bathroom with tub, toilet, total approx. 70 sq.m. The bedroom (east side) is furnished with double bed (mattress made of natural latex foam) in rustic style, the living room (east or south side) is furnished with couch set, cable TV/radio. In the kitchen-cum-living-room with a rustic corner bench set there is a built-in cell with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and a 4-plate electric stove with oven. In the living room and in the kitchen-cum-living-room there is a parquet floor, in the other living rooms there is carpeting. All rooms are heated by the central, modern natural gas heating system thermostatically controlled.
