Villas in a resort with a view of the sea and mountains
The resort with a total of three villas is about 30km from Rethymnon, on a 6000m² site with flowers and plants. The beach is only 1.3km away. Mpali is 2km away.
On arrival, guests receive a welcome package with a bottle of wine, fruit basket, water, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea. Cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen are every three days. The garden and the pool are maintained daily. Pets are not allowed. The villas are not suitable for wheelchair users. Smoking is permitted on site.
The villas all have insect screens fitted in the windows, free wireless Internet access, a laptop, a sage, First Aid kits, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a fire extinguisher and a solar-powered and electric hot water boiler.
There is a vegetable garden in the outdoor area. Security cameras and individual remote controls for the entrance are provided. If required, a highchair, cot and children’s toys or a baby bath can be provided.
Meals are available in the guesthouse at a supplementary cost, as well as trips, car rentals, massages, cookery courses and shopping delivery. There are many sports activities available in the area, such as waterskiing, diving courses, windsurfing, boat trips along the unique coast with lovely cliff formations and caves, fishing, hiking and cycling.
Fully detached, newly built (2017) holiday villa with a private swimming pool
This fully air-conditioned holiday villa boasts a living space of 95 sqm. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven persons. The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. There is a sofa bed in the living area for one more person. The kitchen is complete with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fruit squeezer, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. In the living area you will find a TV LCD 32" with satellite connection, air-conditioner with individual use, dining seating for 6 and a DVD player. One of the two bathrooms has a bathtub (en suite), the second bathroom is equipped with a shower. A separate guest toilet on the ground floor offers additional comfort.
Bed linen /sheets and towels are provided. Other features include: Hairdryer, free wifi internet access, a safe box, first aid box, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, solar Water Heater-electrical Water Heater etc. For children there is a high chair, children cot, children toys and a baby bath.
Each holiday villa has its own private garden with a swimming pool (48sqm), BBQ, dining terrace, sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower near the pool. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.
