It is also within easy reach of the Chiusi Lake with the WWF Protected Area and The Etruscan Necropoli, the Val d’Orcia with Montalcino and Pienza, the towns of Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena and Arezzo and the Trasimeno Lake towards Perugia. The property is completely fenced and access is via gates, which lead to ample parking and garage. The infinity pool area has a furnished solarium and stunning views; indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular landscape, are the plus points of this villa.
