Hide away villa with pool and amazing views across Bay of Mirabelle and walking access to Tavernas



The villa is set in the small hamlet of Monastiraki a few Km inland from the seaside village of Pachia Ammos. It is on the North Coast and a short 10min drive to the south coast town of Lerapetra.



The villa has a 5X8m pool. Stunning sea and mountain views. There is plenty of private space for sunbathing and an outside cooking and eating area with BBQ sink and outside fridge. There is a well equipped indoor kitchen / living room. Aircon in Living room and bedrooms.



Next to the pool there is an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, outdoor fridge and sink with hot and cold water. Recliners and shade pergolas and a choice of two outdoor dining areas. There is a colourful mature garden and parking.



This villa is perfect as a quiet Creten hideaway but if you want to walk out there are two of the best tavernas in the area within a short walk. Its a great base for exploring Eastern Crete being on the North Coast but only 10-15minute drive to the South Coast.



The villa has 2 great tavernas and a bar within short walking distance. The villa is very quiet set in a mountainside hamlet of Monastiraki. It is ideally situated to explore both north and south coast of Eastern Crete

    “Perfektes Ferienhaus für den der Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Positiv: Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und schönen Pool. Schöne Taverne (auch Take-away) in ca. 100m Entfernung. Die Gartenküche mit Gasgrill ist toll ! Restaurant: Kapilio in Monastiraki - Einfache Taverne mit gutem günstigen Essen in Laufreichweite (ca. 100m) der Villa. Keine Lärmbelästigung ! Ausflüge: Kato Zakros - Die Palastanlage in Kato Zakros und das Tal der Toten sind nicht so überlaufen wie Knossos und geben einen guten Eindruck vom Leben im antiken Kreta.”

    “The perfect villa in the most amazing setting. Views to die for, a fabulous pool and a real struggle to decide whether to go out and explore the island or stay at the villa and enjoy the pool, views and weather. Couldn't fault it on anything. Clean, cool, lovely furniture (inside and out), great kitchen, two generous bedrooms with lots of storage and the luxury of two bathrooms. We had a wonderful break, came home completely refreshed and will most definitely be back!”
