Holiday apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the islands from the private balcony, in a quiet forest environment

This holiday apartment is in an ideal position: 10-15 minutes by car from the airport, center of city Split (ferry port, bus and railway station) and Trogir, highway. National Park Krka - 40 minutes. Very quiet location surrounded by woods.

The apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey building. The landlord sometimes stays in the apartment on the ground floor. The first floor is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There are also a two bedrooms next to it, which include a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The holiday apartment has a private balcony for you to enjoy the views when you're drinking your morning coffee. You can use the grill outside the house. The house is surrounded by woods, olive trees and flowers.

You’ll love this place because of the unique balcony views, the quiet neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Big supermarkets ( Lidl, Interspar...) are only 3 minutes by car, the local beach is also 2 minutes from the house. You need 10-15 minutes by car from the Airport, center of city Split ( ferry port, bus and railway station) and Trogir, highway. National Park Krka - 40 minutes.
