Villa Bibinje with private pool, sauna and jacuzzi is situated near the beach in Bibinje, a small tourist town near Zadar. This charming holiday home is located only 100 m from the sea while the main beach is 400m away. Villa Bibinje spreads over two floors for a comfortable accomodation for up to 12 persons. On the ground floor are two cozy apartments suitable for 8 persons. On the first floor is a spacious two bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. There is also a beautiful covered terrace with dining table for your relaxing moments with friends and family and a cozy lounge set. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, private swimming pool, terrace with BBQ and a relax area with indoor jacuzzi and sauna.

    “Ausstattung: Das Haus ist soweit sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Vorfeld wurde gesagt, dass zumindest ein Babybett sowie Hochstühle vorhanden sind. Dies war nicht so. In der ersten Etage gibt es eine Klimaanlage, im Erdgeschoss leider nicht. Die Abflüsse in der ersten Etage laufen sehr schlecht ab und in den Duschen hat sich bereits an den Rändern Schimmel gebildet. Ansonsten hat das Haus den Bildern entsprochen.

    Lage: Das Haus liegt ca 500m vom Strand entfernt. Die Grundstücke um dem Haus herum, sowie ein Gebäude auf dem Grundstück selbst, befinden sich im Rohbau bzw. sind Bauruinen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein freies, verwildertes Grundstück, welches wahrscheinlich für viele Mücken verantwortlich ist. Mit Moskitonetz über dem Bett, welches wir für uns und die Kinder kaufen mussten, ging es dann. Dies war nur für die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss notwendig. Leider gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung keine Möglichkeit zum flanieren. Auch Restaurants sind mind. 2km und mehr vom Haus entfernt. Diese sind leider aufgrund der Entfernung und der Hauptstraße nur mit PKW möglich gewesen.

    Zustand: Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach in einem guten Zustand, aber nicht mit deutschen Verhältnissen vergleichbar. Technisch sowie die Bauart war soweit gut.

    Sauberkeit: Zimmer, Terrassen, Pool, Wellnessbereich war alles sauber. Einige Betten müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, da diese teilweise schon alt und vertanzt sind. Einzig wie oben bereits genannt ist der schlechte Wasserablauf sowie teilweise Schimmelbildung in den Duschen. Das Putzteam war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

    Preiswürdigkeit: Der Preis für dieses Objekt war vollkommen okay. Ein Highlight war, dass in diesem Preis, Sauna, Whirlpool und ein großer Pool vorhanden ist.”
