The fully detached holiday villa is comfortable for 10 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool with sun deck, sauna, gym, roof hot tub, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchens.

There is also one indoor garage and 4 parking spots on the outside parking.
From the villa you have direct access to a beautifully decorated garden and a terrace with a big barbecue, where you can enjoy your freshly made dishes. The swimming pool area and the roof hot tub are the main attractions. They offer a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains, the sea and the islands. If you would like to go bathing in the sea or sunbathing on the beach, the nearest beach is just 500 metres away.
The villa is really family friendly. There is a kids room located on the second floor. Also there are two baby cots and two baby highchairs.
The neighborhood is really lovely. Sea and mountains are nearby. You can go hiking in the mountains, swimming in the sea or just relax on the property. We would recommend visiting Diocletian palace in Split. It is 1700 years old and has extraordinary architecture. If you want to go to caffe bars or restaurants they are just 400 metres away, mainly on the beach. Nearby there is a hotel complex with tennis courts and spa and if you want to go golfing there is a golf course 2 km's away.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
