An inkling of paradise is conveyed by this unique property with manicured lawn at the tip of the Ile de Chevalier in southern Brittany, near Pont l'Abbé. There is disagreement as to whether it is actually an island, as there is a connection to the mainland via dikes. However, the breathtaking view leaves little doubt. Here, where the Pont l'Abbé flows into the ocean, you have the small bathing beaches, which depend on the play of the tides, almost to yourself. You vacation far away from hustle and bustle and mass tourism. 4000 m² of the approximately 1 ha large property are at the sole disposal of the guests. Your only neighbors in the immediate vicinity are the landlords, who occupy an outbuilding next to the house. From April to September they stay here only from Sunday evenings to Tuesday mornings at the most. This exceptional vacation home is furnished with elegance. When you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy the wonderful water view from all rooms. You can break the quiet seclusion with a thalassotherapy, a trip to Quimper, famous for its porcelain manufactory, or to the golf course, 15 km away. You can reach the nearest sea beaches in just 10 minutes. You can also visit one of the many cultural and folkloric events of the South Finistère. Pont l'Abbé is the capital of the Bigouden country, which owes its name to the costume of the local women (pointed hoods).
