Both floors of the house are connected by an internal staircase. On the shared plot you have 2 parking spaces, the pool with sunning area and a barbecue. For entertainment, visit the town Rijeka, about 10 km away, where you can visit the Maritime Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, Theater, Cinema, Trsat Fortress, etc. The friendly homeowners live on the property.
