New four-star holiday apartment with a modern design, ideal for families and couples

You will be spending your holiday in our newly built house in the lovely border town of Waldmünchen. Our modern and comfortable four-star apartment is in a quiet residential area on a south-facing slope, but still near the centre. As a recognised climatic spa town, Waldmünchen offers both well-being and activities at the heart of the Upper Bavarian Forest nature reserve. Enjoy your holiday in the centre between the nature regions of the Bavarian Forest, Oberpfälzer forest and Bohemian forest. You can discover the people, culture and unique buildings between Regensburg and Prague.

The barrier-free 93m² apartment is on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with a single bed (90 x 200cm) and the possibility of a supplementary bed (90 x 200cm or 70 x 140cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath and WC, a storage room, a living and dining room with satellite TV, a stereo system, a fireplace stove and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and there is a central ventilation system in the building. The living room and bedroom windows are fitted with shades. Wi-Fi is free. Towels, bathrobes and bed linen are included. A highchair and changing mat are available. Heating is included in the price. Wood for the fireplace stove is available free of charge.

There is a terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger and a parasol. The big garden has children’s play equipment (for use at your own risk) and a grill.

You can go swimming at the lake Perlsee with a beach (1.5km) or at the Aquafit leisure pool (1km). There are many hiking paths nearby and various challenging cycle tours. It is 7.5km to a ski resort in winter with a children’s slope, cross-country skiing centre, ski school and ski rental.

    “Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in einer "perfekten" Ferienwohnung verbracht.
    Die Räume sind modern eingerichtet, sauber, hell, großzügig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
    Es war einfach alles da, was man braucht um sich rundherum wohlzufühlen.
    Dazu noch die sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie !
