Villa Embat has air conditioning throughout the house. Therefore, you´ll have a perfect vacation at any time of the year.
3 cozy and lovingly decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer a capacity for up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace, so that you can enjoy the view of the sparkling sea as soon as you wake up.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining room, which has many windows. So you´ll have spectacular views of the private pool, the garden and even the sea.
The exteriors stand out for their furnished porch and the pool. And if you want to go to the sea, you just have to cross the well-kept garden and then you are by the sea. There are just a few steps from the rocky beach and on the other side, from the sandy beach.
The beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area of Colonia de Sant Pere. You can take a walk by the sea to the village, where there are restaurants and a small supermarket. The port and the promenade of Colonia de Sant Pere invite you to take long walks. In the other direction is Son Serra de Marina. The two towns are connected by one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. On this beach, if you walk a bit, you will always find a quiet place to sunbathe, even in high season.

There is a strict garbage recycling organization in the area. It is mandatory for both residents and tourists.
