With its hillside location villa is an excellent choice for active visitors and nature lovers. The villa has floorheating and fire place and it could be an interesting all-season destination for business or longer stays.

It is modern designed with spacious rooms with large glass doors and terraces, where you will admire the stunning panoramic views both indoors and outdoors every day and you will never want to leave. The villa is spread across 3 floors and all rooms are airconditioned.

The ground floor comprises of a modern & completely equipped kitchen with island in the middle with 3 bar chairs, pleasant dining room with 8 seats & TV, stylish living room with lounge sofa, fire place corner with modern armchairs, flatscreen TV, soundbar and Sonos modern home sound system, atrium with bearbecue area as well as the main terrace. From the dining area you step out to the main terrace with heated infinity pool, alfresco dining area with 8 seats, parasols and sunbeds which is great place to socialise day and night and for outdoor dining, refreshment & relaxation. Just dive into the beautiful infinity pool, lounge by the pool on one of the comfy sunbeds and admire the picturesque scenery around you or treat your loved ones with a tasty meal on the outdoor dining area.

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with an air conditioning, flatscreen TV, king size beds, make-up tables and wardrobes with mirrors as well as two modern designed bathrooms with baths and rainshowers. Two bedrooms have private terrace with sea view and en-suite bathroom, the blue coloured bedroom with mountain view has no terrace and it shares one bathroom with the yellow coloured bedroom, which makes this room perfect for the children.

On the lower ground floor there is the most spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, private terrace and a cozy lounge corner with two armchairs for the guests wishing more privacy.On the same floor you will find utility room.

Outdoor area consists of main terrace, 3 terraces in front of the bedrooms and 1 terrace in front of the living room as well as inner courtyard and garden area.

Courtyard consists of parking space for up to 4 cars, garden area all around the house and atrium with barbecue area. Smell the scent of Mediterranean herbs, relax in our hammock among the shades or try our herbs for your superior menus or cocktails.

The villa is located 2.5km from the famous coastal village Baska Voda and 10 km from the nearest town Makarska, just a few minutes car drive away. The location of the villa is a perfect starting point to discover the historical and cultural attractions as well as the fascinating nature of the Central Dalmatia region. Makarska Rivijera is well-known for its long pebble beaches and is one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia. City trips to Makarska, Imotski, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Sibenik, Omis or Trogir, charming bays, Biokovo Natural Park, Skywalk Biokovo, Krka waterfalls, Cetina River Rafting, Zipline Tucepi or Omis, Brac and Hvar Island (individual boat trips possible), Imotski Lakes. The surrounding area can be easily explored on foot, by bike or by car. Mountain tours on foot or by bike are possible directly from the house. Recommended is Safari Buggy, adventures ride with beautiful sceneries to explore the surroundings close to the villa. Various water sports are available in Baska Voda. Highway access is less than 5 minutes drive from the villa.
