Villa San Giovanni is an elegant two-story villa, surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden, equipped with an outdoor table to eat "al fresco" and deck chairs for relaxation, overlooking the sea and the village below.

• Entrance through a very large garden equipped with deckchairs, table for six and a built-in barbecue
• Living room with antique brick fireplace, double sofa bed (bed size 160x190) and dining area with seating for eight people
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and direct access to the courtyard equipped with outdoor table and shower
• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190) with sea and garden view
• 1 bathroom with shower
FIRST FLOOR - access from the external staircase, via approximately 15 steps:
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190), with access to the sea view terrace
• 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine
• 1 large sun terrace with deckchairs
Villa San Giovanni is located in the center of Praiano, in a quiet location with panoramic views, in an area served by restaurants / bars and a grocery store. You can get there by a short walk and a private staircase of about 15 steps. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is located about 200 meters from the property.
