Beautiful Villa with swimming pool just few kilometers away from the beaches of Follonica in Maremma

Villa completely fenced with private swimming pool based in the heart of the unspoilt green countryside of the Tuscan Maremma and 13 km away from the sea and 1 km away from an important 18-hole golf club. The villa is 250 meters away from a motorway. Nearby, just 4 km away there are the well-known medieval villages such as Scarlino and Gavorrano. Not far the beautiful village of Castiglione della Pescaia with its impressive castle and the port of Punta Ala.



The house is 140 m2 and is equipped with private pool, wifi, a large garden and a lovely veranda with sofa. The house develops on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a large living room, a bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a storage room with washing machine. On the 1st floor a large master bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa can accommodate up 6 people.



The garden surrounding the house is 2000 m2and it is completely fenced with a pool of 4×8 meters. The villa is 250 meters away from a motorway and it is planted out with olives and borders on an 18-hole golf course. The swimming pool (8 x4 m)(15/05-30/09) is equipped with outdoor shower, sun loungers and beach umbrella, as well as a portico with table, chairs and sofa for dining in the open air. The villa has a wood-burning barbecue.



The villa has at its guests' disposal sat TV and an internet key with 10 giga to use during the stay



The villa is just 15 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Follonica. The city of Follonica which extends on the homonymous gulf, is surrounded by pine trees and beautiful beaches, European Blue Flag for 12 consecutive years. The beaches which slope gently are ideal for families with children. Follonica offers many opportunities such as sailing, golf, mountain biking, spas, cruises and it is not far from cities of art such as Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca.
