You can relax here or go on interesting trips, by bike or on foot, in the region. The semi-detached house is on a side street with little traffic in Born on the Darß peninsula.
The house of around 220m² stands on a 550m² separate site. It consists of a living room with a terrace, flatscreen TV and sofas, an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds. Three further bathrooms, with two showers and a bath, are also on the first floor. There are two additional bedrooms with double beds on the second floor, affording a great view.
The terrace provides garden furniture, a grill and a parasol and looks out over the garden, ideal for relaxing.
There are shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. It is about 100 metres to the bodden. The Baltic Sea is five minutes away by car, alternatively you can cycle through the national park to the west beach.
