Spacious country house in a national park. Spacious country house in a national park on the bank of a pond and on the edge of extensive forests near the town Doksy and Máchovo Lake. The confortable furnished house is managed as a cultural monument and is after a comprehensive internal reconstruction in 2017. There is a fenced garden with playground and a storage room for bikes. The house is suitable for a joint recreation of a group of friends or family, nature lovers (birdwatchers), bicycle trips and walking on monuments (castles, chateaus and ruins nearby). Within easy reach are also ski lifts in Ještěd and adjusted cross-country skiing tracks. In summary it can be said that this pension is ideal for those who want to visit the Macha region (Máchův kraj), Macha Lake (Máchovo jezero), "Doksy" (Hirschberg), or the endless forests of the former military area , "Kokořín" castle, "Břehyně- Pecopala" nature reserve with the most beautiful view of the "Bezděz" castle over the pond of "Břehyně" (pond).

In total there are 12 beds. On the ground floor there is a 4-bed room, barrier-free bathroom with WC. On the first floor there are two rooms, a room with 3 and a room with 5 beds. All rooms have a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Smart TV set with internet access and satellite signal is available. There is free WIFI access in the entire house. There is a fully equipped kitchen for common use and a dining room for all housed persons on the ground floor. In the kitchen you will find a stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, water cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes of stainless steel or porcelain. Thanks to these kitchens, you are completely independent in the morning for breakfast and for your excursion program whole day. Those who do not like to cook on holiday have a wide selection of excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and pastry shops in Doksy or Staré Splavy. The accommodation is suitable for holidays, for recreation or for celebrations for families, groups or friends'travels, as well as company events etc. are possible.

The separate enclosed garden behind the house offers a pleasant privacy. The garden terracee features benches, tables, playground and a small pool for yerround bathing. Parking for your vehicle is front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the property. There is a bus stop in the place.

The entire building is non-smoking. Country house and the corresponding land were registered in the Land Register of the Czech Republic according to the Act for Cultural Heritage in the national list of Northern Bohemia and are therefore a cultural monument.

The house is located on the bank of the pond (Břehyňský rybník) near Macha Lake (Máchovo jezero), between the woods cca 2 km away from the town Doksy. There are tourist paths and biking trails nearby, cca 50 km entfernt are skiing possibilities in the surrounding of Jested (downhill skiing, cross country skiing) . In Doksy you will find shopping, culture and entertainment.
