Small, independent little house in the garden of a private property, near the Maremma beaches
The independent little house is on a site outside the locality, 30 metres from the owner’s house. It is surrounded by the greenery of the garden and enjoys a peaceful and quiet location.
The little house consists of a 30m² room with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a sofa and a fireplace. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a WC with a bidet and washbasin. The fireplace can be used, with firewood provided by the owners. The little house has air conditioning with a heat pump.
The outdoor area has a partially roofed terrace that has a fridge, a sink, a hob with two rings. The terrace also has a gazebo with a table, chairs and deckchairs. You can park your car next to the house.
