Die Ausstattung ist vielfältig, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, ausreichend Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Gläser etc. hier fehlt Ihnen normalerweise an nichts. Sollte Ihnen vor Ort etwas persönlich fehlen oder etwas Ihnen etwas in der Wohnung auffallen, BITTE kurz vor Ort Bescheid sagen! Wir werden das Mögliche unternehmen um Ihren schnellst möglich Ihren Wunsch zu erfüllen.



Der Außenbereich ist wunderbar bewachsen, die Wohnanlage besticht durch Ihre Grün-Zonen, Wasserläufe, die entfernten 4 Tennisplätze und mehre Pools, (wobei in der Nebensaison die kleinen Pools nicht geöffnet haben.) Der 50 Meter Olympia-Pool mit seinem großen separaten Kinderbecken reicht allerdings absolut aus. Im Winter ist dann der große Pool geschlossen und der ÜBERDACHTE BEHEIZTE POOL geöffnet. Das ganze Jahr, 24 Stunden am Tag ist natürlich das Meer vor Ihren Augen geöffnet, da springt man gerne einfach mal so nach Lust und Laune, auch in den Wintermonaten hinein.



Die Besonderheit liegt darin, dass Sie wirklich kleine Wege, besonders zum Strand haben, Ideal für Familien mit großen und kleinen Kindern. Im vorderen Bereich finden sie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, eine super klasse Eisdiele, eine Tauchschule, ein Fitnessstudio und eine Physiotherapie. Der Strand ist feinsandig und dunkler, er hält die Wärme dadurch länger und sie brauchen je nach Tageszeit die "Chanclas", Badel-Latschen um Ihn zu überqueren. Vorne am Wasser ist der Strand mal feinsandig mal kieselig, je nach Meeres-Strömung. Sie können hier am Strand wunderbare Spaziergänge oder auch wie auf der Strandpromenade prima joggen.



Die Umgebung, das Klima ist geprägt durch den Einfluss der Sierra Nevada ca 3.500 Meter hoch. Dadurch ist der Winter nicht zu kalt und der Sommer nicht zu heiß. Nicht umsonst heißt es Torrox Costa das Beste Klima Europas. Durch die vielen Appartmentwohnungen und den wenigen Hotel Tourismus haben sie auch eine funktionierende, super angenehme Infrastruktur auch in Saison Nebenzeiten!

    “Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Anlage Laguna Beach sehr schön und sauber, leider war der Pool, anders als angegeben im September nicht mehr geöffnet. Dafür das Olympia Becken etwas weiter in der Anlage geöffnet.

    Wohnung für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht für uns reichte der Platz! Betten waren Ok Sofa leider durch gesessen, sollte vielleicht einmal erneuert werden. Für sieben Personen ist die Wohnung unserem Empfinden zu klein und auch nicht mit dem nötigen Ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Tischdecke, Kerze usw. würden die Wohnung noch schöner machen.”
