This generous holiday apartment is in a Swedish-owned villa, located only a five minute walk from 50 restaurants in beautiful Mijas Pueblo. Facing south, you can enjoy magical evenings and mornings thanks to the location next to and above Mijas Pueblo, renowned for being the jewel of the coast and famous for its views. From the villa you see Mijas Pueblo from above and have a 270 ​​degree views over nature and coastline. From pool area you have views all around. Beautiful in day and spectacular at night as the whole coast is lightened up below.

There are a total of three apartments in the villa: two are rented as holiday apartments and the Swedish owner stays in the third apartment. The holiday apartments can be rented separately or together. Good for golfers, families or groups of friends who want to be together on holiday.

This booking option is for one of the two holiday apartments: it boasts a 60m² living space and can accommodate four to five people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a lounge with an extra bed for a fifth person.

This holiday apartment has a private balcony of about 15 sqm with a barbecue area, outdoor chairs and a table for outdoor dining. From here, you can enjoy spectacular views from Benalmadema, Fuengirola to Gibraltar and south you can see the continent of Africa close by on a clear day. .

The pool area and garden is for the shared use of guests staying in the holiday apartments. There's driveway parking for 3 cars.

The owner is always available to help with anything you might need. And before check he will make sure that everything meets your expectations.

For the disabled it can be too high up. The villa is built on the side of a hill and is on several levels with steps leading down to its apartments from the car park. Moderately fit people who do not want a car find the hill no problem and consider that the stunning views make the road or steps to the hill well worth the climb. There is an excellent bus service from the bottom of the road. However, the apartments are not suitable for people with serious mobility problems.
Smoking: Only allowed in the private outdoor area of the apartment.

Many excellent golf courses are close to the apartment. It is also possible to ski in the Sierra Nevada which is just under two hours away. Just some minutes from the villa there is a BP petrolstation (where also the bus stop from Fuengirola), just next to Mijas Pueblo.
20 minutes from Malaga airport, 15 minutes from Fuengirola and 40 minutes from Marbella. You see from Benaldamena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, Marbella to Gibraltar from the terraces. The central location of Mijas makes it the perfect destination to either relax or explore this beautiful region. Mijas Pueblo is ideally placed for a lazy holiday when you sun bathe, admire the views and eat well but it is also perfect for those who like to visit interesting places. Marbella and Malaga are a twenty minute drive. Seville and Granada (the Alhambra Palace) can be reached in two hours and historic Cordoba takes one and a half hours. Gibraltar is an hour away as is the beautiful mountain town of Ronda. In the winter you can ski in the Sierra Nevada (one and a half hours away) in the morning and if you have the energy it is possible to be back in time for a round of golf at one of the numerous courses just a ten minute drive from the apartment.
