Seaside Holidays in a traditional house with a huge patio and vineyard in the back, very close to the sea


This cosy traditional house with a huge patio and a vineyard is located very near the ocean (about 50 meters away) in Porto Martins - one of the best bathing areas of Terceira island. This is the ideal place for a relaxing family or group vacation close to the sea and in touch with nature.

The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven persons. It offers a living-/dining area with a flatscreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower and washing machine. Towels and bed linens are provided and included in the rental fee.

There is a tradional stone grill on the patio for long barbecue evenings.

The blue ocean is right at the end of the street.

Porto Martins is a calm and safe bathing area, one of the best places to enjoy vacations on Terceira island. This parish is also a wine region with lots of vineyards and it is the only place in the Azores where olives grow.

Porto Martins is also famous for its natural pools that are just a 3 minutes walk away from our apartments. There you can also find a nice restaurant and a bar nearby. There is also a boardwalk, a little fishing harbor and a surf zone. Porto Martins is a great place to surf.

Porto Martins has the particularity of being close to both cities of the island, about 6 Km from Praia da Vitória and 18 Km from Angra do Heroísmo. There is also a golf course and other attractions within a 15 minutes drive. This place offers the perfect combination for those who seek for a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and proximity to the main attractions of the island.
