Near Turracher Höhe valley station, holiday flat in rustic wooden house

Berghof Turrach is a picturesque holiday home, completely made of wood. It is estimated that this home has been built 250 - 300 years ago for the mining workers during that time and has been renovated between 2009 and 2012. The house got in the summer 2017 a new roof and a new pellet heating system.

* a balcony in the direction south * At the house is a terrace, which is equipped with an outside grill and a wooden bench. This can be used by the tenant alone.

The house is situated 1.250 m above sea level in the mountain village Turrach. It's a 10 minutes drive from ski resort Turracher Höhe (1.860 m - 2.200) and only 5 minutes to the Turrach base station (Turrachbahn). Here, you can also buy the ski tickets for the skiing area Turracher Höhe.

Others big ski resorts: Bad Kleinkirchheim 20 minutes to drive or, very beautiful, Radstädter Tauern (until 2.400 mm) in 45 minutes with the car Ideal occupancy * family with two adults and two to four children * four adults For the degustation you can order french wine by the care-taker.

    “Das Häuschen liegt sehr schön direkt am Fuß der Turracher Höhe, im Örtchen Turrach neben einem Bach, mit angrenzendem Wald. Vom Haus aus kann man toller Spaziergänge unternehmen.
    Auch auf den Gipfel der Turracher Höhe kommt man in nur wenigen Autominuten, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug und kostenlos.
    Die Wohnung ist zwar für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben, jedoch eher für 4 Erwachsene eingerichtet.
    Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind, dafür war der Platz ausreichend, da es aber eben nur 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Doppelbetten und in einem Schlafzimmer steht noch eine ausziehbare Couch) gibt, ist das Alter der Kinder denke ich auch entscheidend.
    Ein Manko für uns war mit Hund und 4- jährigem Kind auf jeden Fall die sehr steile und enge Treppe, aber wir haben uns daran gewöhnt.
    Von der Sauberkeit waren wir leider nicht sehr überzeugt. Als wir das jedoch bei der Haushälterin angesprochen haben, hat diese sich sofort dem Problem angekommen und die Reinigungskraft und den Vermieter informiert, wir sind dann schnell zu einer Einigung gekommen.
    Die Wohnung ist für eine Woche auf jeden Fall ausreichend ausgestattet, vom Wasserkocher, über Spülmaschine bis hin zum Toaster war alles da, einzig eine Mikrowelle wäre noch sehr schön gewesen.
    Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.”

    “Sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus. Es war sauber und ideal, wenn man mit einem Hund anreist da direkt vorm Haus ein Wald zum Spazieren ist. Für den Preis ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen.”
