Ground and first floor are connected by external stairs. On the plot is a comfortable terrace with the barbecue and in addition there is an outdoor swimming pool for refreshment during the hot summer days. Next to the holiday home is an olive grove with a meadow ideal for children’s carefree game. Nearby Opatija Riviera offers many beautiful beaches and Opatija itself offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment facilities both during the summer months and throughout the year. Do not miss the rich indigenous and excellent cuisine in a number of great restaurants. For those who are looking for an active vacation there is Učka Nature Park with its forest walks and cycling trails.
