Luxury Loft on the Sea - breathtaking views of the Sea
Private house with a direct view of the Sea, 10 minutes walking from the Old Venetian Harbour of Chania.
Loft Chania is located on the northeast part of the city of Chania, just across the historical area of Halepa and a couple of minutes walking distance from the house of Eleftherios Venizelos (one of the most important politicians and Prime Ministers of the 19th century for the Cretan State and later of the United Greece).
Loft Chania is an old stone building which was restored by its owner, the architect Despoina Kyriazi and was transformed to a workspace full of inspiration. Every detail has been considered and implemented with love and care. During 2016 ,the building, continuing its travel through time and history , was transformed into a unique modern Loft who can inspire the visitor, by fulfilling his needs and desires for a comfortable accommodation and relaxing holiday.
Loft Chania, with an autonomous space of 140 sqm located just by the seashore, offers a unique combination of sea sounds and salty smells during your vacation throughout the year, full of light and calm sea views in the summer evenings and the full of waves and winds in the winter evenings next to the fireplace.
Suitable for vacation throughout the year, as it is fully equipped with everything a single person or a family could need. Residents of Loft Chania can enjoy the design and the architecture of the loft, placed at the historically old industrial area of Chania, while being at the same time too close to the heart of the city.
Loft Chania has 2 autonomous bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed with COCO-MAT mattress and COCO-MAT upper mattress providing the ultimate relaxation on a comfortable bed made of natural materials. The other has two single beds. There is also a sofa which can be converted to a double bed, so the number of residents can be extended to 6. The 2 bathrooms, one at each level, are providing extra convenience to the residents.
